About
This Front Door Manager Portal is used to help us track attendance, stay connected, know which events are most popular, and ensure diversity.
You must submit a form for every person who enters, including yourself, staff, and performers.
Please encourage guests to purchase food and/or drinks from the venue.
Money goes to support the Forum’s tech costs and our team of researchers, presenters, musicians, artists, administrators, business managers, and more.
Procedure
This procedure has been designed to collect the appropriate information from each guest while maximizing efficiency.
“Hello!”: Greet each guest with a friendly hello.
“Have you already registered for our events?”: Determine whether the guest has registered with us or not.
If already registered:
Find Name: View the Member and Guest Tracking Sheet below. If you are unable to find their name on the sheet below, please follow the instructions for a first-time guest.
Check-In: Find the guest’s name and click “Check-In”
Update Info: If we are missing the email address or demographic information for the guest (and if there is not a long queue), ask the guest and update these details.
If not already registered, there are three options:
Paper Registration Form: Receive the entry fee and hand the guest a paper Registration Form Ask the guest to fill out the form by hand at their table. Once the queue has died down, collect the paper Registration Forms and input this information into an Online Registration Form.
Online Registration Form: Receive the entry fee and ask the guest to go to www.realtalkphilosophy.org/welcome (or scan a QR code) to fill out an online registration form.
FDM Fills Out Online Registration Form: Receive the entry fee and, if there is time, fill out an Online Registration Form with/for the guest.
